Sir Mera right knee ACL surgery ko 3 month ho Chuka hain. Main utna walk nahi karta tha zaroorat ke hisab se walk karta tha. Par ab main walk karta hoon Lekin Ek dikkat ho Raha hai jab walk kar ta hoon tab mere ko Thoda un easy feel hota hain lagta hain ki Mera knee loose hain . Yeh kya muscles loose ke Liye ?

Hello sir,
Physiotherapy kitna months continue karni hain post op?
Muscles abhibhi equal nahi as compared to other leg.
8 months ho gaya abhi operation ko.
