knee pain is common problem and many people come to me asking what can they do for relief from knee pain at home. I will suggest following.
1. Avoid squatting or sitting on ground or indian toilet.
2. do not stand for more then 20 minutes. take rest.
3. do not use stairs if you have knee pain.
4.running or jogging on hard surface can cause pain.
5. control your weight as it put more presure on knee.
