Sir I have completed bending of knee after exercises..but after sometimes knee stiff again...it's normal??op 4 months Acl surgery

Hello Sir, I had an acl surgery and meniscus trim on 18th last month. Still pain is there. I am able to bend only 90 degree. Is it ok? Do I have to more aggressive. Also I feel instability in my knee. Buckling up still seems to be there. Kindly suggest what should I do?
